In part one, I discussed some tenants who couldn't seem to get it together and pay their rent, leaving me no choice but to evict them. That was when the drama began. The abandoned the property, stole the stove and did at least $4,000 worth of damages.
But, it's not over....
I now refer to this particularly handsome property, as the chicken house. But, before I go into why, let me show you what it looked like when we got it, and when we fixed it up.
How on Earth could someone conceivably do THAT much damage in four months?
